Baseball Instructor

Bill Julson, a 1997 graduate of Eau Claire North High School, was a two-sport athlete and three-year varsity starter in baseball. He capped his high school career by playing in the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game.

He began his collegiate career as a starting catcher at UW–River Falls before moving on to Hillsboro Junior College in Texas. Julson finished at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where he was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection, a First Team All-American as a senior, and posted a .389 career batting average—fifth best in school history. He was inducted into the Northwestern Oklahoma State Hall of Fame in 2022.

After college, Julson played for and later coached the Eau Claire Cavaliers. Since moving to Somerset in 2017 with his wife and four children, he has continued to coach at every level, from T-ball to assisting with the Somerset High School varsity program.
